Booking & Policies

01What is the cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will incur a 50% service fee charged to the card on file. No-shows are charged 100%.

02Do you accept walk-ins?

We are primarily appointment-only to ensure every client receives the full allotted time. However, if a stylist has a last-minute opening, we announce it via our Instagram Stories.

03How far in advance should I book?

Senior Stylists typically book out 2-3 weeks in advance. For weekends or holiday periods, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks out.

01What is included in the 'Executive Cut'?

The Executive Cut is a 45-minute service including a consultation, precision shear/clipper work, a hot lather neck shave, and a wash/style finish with our signature Santal products.

02Do you offer beard trims?

Yes. Our 'Structure & Shape' service focuses on beard geometry. It includes a hot towel treatment and straight razor lining.

03I'm not sure which stylist to choose.

Check our 'Talent' page to read stylist bios and specialties. Generally, Alex specializes in longer scissor cuts, while Marcus is our fade/clipper specialist.

Product & Shipping

01Are your products sulfate-free?

Yes. The entire Salon X Lab line is free from sulfates, parabens, and silicones. We focus on active botanical ingredients that promote scalp health.

02What is the return policy on retail?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. Gently used products can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days if they didn't work for your hair type.

Membership

01How do I join the Inner Circle?

Membership is currently by application or invitation only. Applications open quarterly. Members receive priority booking access and 15% off all retail products.
