Standard courier service via UPS/FedEx. Tracking numbers are provided via email upon dispatch.

Collect your order directly from the front desk at our SoHo flagship. Please bring your ID and order confirmation.

Salon X Members enjoy complimentary standard shipping on retail orders. This benefit is automatically applied at checkout when logged in.

Returns & Refunds
14 Days
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Products must be unopened or gently used (at least 80% remaining).
The Process
Log into your account, select the order, and request a return label. Drop off the package at any approved courier location.
7 Days
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Note:Membership fees are non-refundable. Personal hygiene tools (razors, brushes) cannot be returned once opened.
