By accessing the Salon X website ('Platform') or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Appointments & Cancellations
We operate on a strict schedule to respect the time of our clients and stylists. You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within this window will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service value.
Membership 'Inner Circle'
Membership benefits are non-transferable. Salon X reserves the right to revoke membership status at any time for violation of community standards or repeated no-shows. Membership fees are billed quarterly and are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Salon X Inc. and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce our 'Stallion' aesthetic or brand assets without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Salon X is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product.
Agreement
By clicking "Book Appointment" or "Checkout," you automatically accept these terms. Salon X reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
